Delivery Information
We deliver anywhere in mainland UK except for the Highlands and Islands of Scotland. Standard delivery is £5.99 (Next Day) for orders under £45. All orders over £45 are delivered free.
If you require a Saturday delivery, you will have to contact us on 0845 226 6915 to pay the upgrade charge of £19.99 and book this service for you. You can also choose a Monday – Friday ‘before 12 noon’ delivery for a charge of £9.99. Again, please call us to pay and book this service.
Please note: These upgraded services are charged at the rates above regardless of the order value.
Despatch and Order Processing
If we receive your order before 4pm (Monday – Friday), it will be despatched on the same day via our carriers Interlink Express. Any order received after 4pm will be despatched on the following weekday (Monday – Friday). Any orders placed at the weekend or on a Bank Holiday will be despatched on the next weekday (Monday – Friday).
All orders will be despatched on a ‘next day ‘delivery service, however , although 99% of our orders arrive next day WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THIS. In some cases, it may take 2 days for your order to arrive.
