We understand that moving home is a stressful time so we offer a fast, reliable delivery service for all your removal and storage products.

FAQs

When will I receive my order?

If we receive your order BEFORE 4PM (Mon – Fri),  we guarantee to despatch your order on the same day and it will be delivered on the next working day (Mon – Fri).

Please note: whilst we make every effort to ensure that your order arrives on time, we do not guarantee next day delivery, but 99.2% of our orders arrive on the next working day and every order we send out arrives within 2 working days.

If you place your order on a weekend or bank holiday, it will be despatched on the next working day.

Can I choose my delivery day?

Yes. Orders placed online will automatically be despatched on our ‘next day’ service. However, if you would like to choose a different delivery day, please email us as soon as you place your order and inform us of your preferred delivery day. We will confirm your preferred delivery day by email.

How much does it cost?

Standard Next Day Delivery (8.30am – 5.30pm) is £5.99. Orders over £35 are delivered FREE.

Once you have placed your order, we will provide you with details on how to track your parcel.

What other delivery options are available?

You can choose a ‘before 12 noon’ service for £9.99 or a Saturday delivery (8.30am – 5.30pm) for £15.00. For both these options you will need to call us on 0845 226 6915 to book them for you.

Do I have to be in to sign for the delivery?

Normally our carriers require a signature but if you are going to be out, please email us with your instructions on where to leave the parcels.
Please note: Parcels left without a signature must be at your own risk so please ensure you choose somewhere safe and out of sight.

Do you deliver all over the UK?

We deliver to anywhere in the UK except the Highlands & Islands of Scotland and the North/South of Ireland.
